So this quitting smoking thing has gotten easier but it is still hard. Today, I have officially not smoked for 2 weeks. It is still hard when I smell it or after I eat or when I have some drinks with my friends. I am really looking forawrd to the time where I don't think about it all. It really is like the loss of a friend. I always try to think of the positives about it though. I am happy I am not gonna be the daddy pushing a stroller with a cigarette hanging out my mouth. The American Lung Association has really helped me with this! I am very excited about being able to work with them on this.
